The Holy Eucharist is Jesus Christ

Love Him, receive Him, and honor Him, all the days of your life.

"By the Eucharist we mean the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, who is really and substantially present under the appearances of bread and wine, in order to offer Himself in the sacrifice of the Mass, and to be received as spiritual food in Holy Communion, and to be adored in the Holy Eucharist."

~ Servant of God, Fr. John A. Hardon, S.J., Eucharist and the Alliance of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

When you go to Holy Mass and receive Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, reflect on the fact that you are receiving the same unborn baby carried by the Mother of God, the infant Jesus that lay in the manger, the very baby whose life was in danger, the same small child held by St. Joseph, the lost boy who was found in the temple, the hidden and humble young man who worked in St. Joseph's shop, the very same One with both  Divine and human natures who taught and healed for three years during His public ministry, who handed Himself over to be beaten, spit upon, mocked, stripped, whipped, crowned with thorns, the very same person who walked the Way of the Cross, who gave everything He had for us, and the very One nailed to the Cross who never stopped loving and forgiving.  +

God is so in love with you!

Be sure to love Him in return.

To receive Jesus worthily,
receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Ask the Lord, and He will tell you when He wants you to go.

He will also help you make a wonderful examination of conscience
when you ask Him to enlighten you.

His immeasurable love and mercy
are available to every person,
without exception!

God is at work in you!
