It was so bad, the mental oppression by the forces of darkness and while you were so weak and hurting so badly, a day after properly caring for an afternoon record number of patients at the clinic, that you appealed to the Immaculate Mother of God for assistance.
While awaiting her response, you went online to attend the Traditional Tridentine Holy Sacrifice of the Mass on the Feast of St. John Vianney.
She stopped the oppression right away and then, towards the end of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, you fell peacefully and blissfully asleep for a short while.
