This happened about two months ago, guessing in July when the diabolical assaults in the supernatural starting getting unfathomably worse as Dr. Wonderful skillfully helped to restore your health so you could return to St. Joseph's. What wonders! "Don’t let the many snares of this infernal beast frighten you. Jesus, who is always with you, and who will fight with and for you, will never permit you to be tricked and overcome." ~ Saint Pio.jpg)
A MIDSUMMER ENCOUNTER WITH MALICE IN THE DREAM OVERNIGHT
So it was that while trying to sleep, before heading off to work helping properly care for patients at the chiropractic clinic where you work, that the forces of darkness sent one of their number, Malice, to really let you have it through the night.
He was really mad at you and it was a long night, that night.
The dream went on and on, and was so realistic it was as if you really lived it in the natural.
You had already experienced it in the natural in the past and so the experience was familiar, and being no stranger to the spiritual combat, you had an understanding of what was happening and why.
Of course the dream overnight is a metaphor for what happens to God's people during life when He allows the demons to convince people to conspire against us (and ultimately God Himself), but the event overnight was a very unpleasant experience all its own.
Sore losers.
NO HOLY COMMUNION FOR YOU AND NO SLEEP FOR YOU, EITHER
Suddenly, you found yourself in a place that appeared unfamiliar.
It was a room filled with a good number of people you did not recognize, and you stood before them all, as if on trial because you were.
To your left stood a man you did not recognize, and he stood very close to you but not before you.
He was your accuser, and he went on and on about you very publicly before the people, making very intelligent but sinister arguments about your sanity.
"SHE'S CRAZY!"
You wish you had the opportunity to write down everything Malice said, as every sentence was quite fascinating, so well thought out and quite slick and there were so many, but they were all lies.
On and on and on and on he went, this "man" by your side, accusing you of being crazy and fashioning his proof, and your guilt, out of deceptions, fabrications, envy, spite, and lies.
Malice is very good at what he does. He was imperfectly perfect at hating you completely.
As you took everything in with such awe and with wonder, standing accused before the crowds in imitation of and in union with Christ overnight, you thought to yourself that none of what was said was true, while at the same time marveling at how clever his arguments were.
Malice, your demon accuser, was incredibly believable despite the fact that everything that came out of his mouth about you was not true.
If you didn't know yourself well, you may have been tempted to believe him because he was that convincing.
However, God never takes the truth from us, and we always have His holy counsel to go by if we want it.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AS MALICE SPOKE
The people believed what Malice said and they began joining in and agreeing with the demon.
This demon was sent overnight to display the demons' frustration because they could not convince you to leave the clinic where you work, they could not convince you to stop being properly cared for by Dr. Wonderful at his clinic, and they knew you had set your sights on returning to St. Joseph's when well enough to do so and they knew you had been praying to Jesus to grant this wish through His Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament.
They also knew that God was going to grant this prayer, and they also know that something really, really good is coming through the Work of Reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus.
"Remember this: if the devil makes noise, it is a sign that he is still outside and not yet within. That which must terrify us is his peace and concord with the human soul." ~ Saint (Padre) Pio of Pietrelcina
To the demon sore losers I say, "ECCE HOMO."
Behold the God-Man's Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament.
"Trust all things to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and to Mary, Help of Christians, and you will see what miracles are." ~ Saint John Bosco
