Did you know we have the authority to bind evil spirits? 

As lay people we can say, 

"In the name of Jesus Christ (or Jesus of Nazareth) I bind you evil spirit of (name of vice) to the foot of the cross to be judged by our Lord!"

If you say that in absolute faith they must obey you! Invoking the Precious Blood is very affective as well if said in faith. 

God is at work in you!
