THE LAST SUPPER
Matthew 26:17-30 (Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition)
"And on the first day of the Azymes, the disciples came to Jesus, saying: Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the pasch?
But Jesus said: Go ye into the city to a certain man, and say to him: the master saith, My time is near at hand, with thee I make the pasch with my disciples.
And the disciples did as Jesus appointed to them, and they prepared the pasch.
But when it was evening, he sat down with his twelve disciples.
And whilst they were eating, he said: Amen I say to you, that one of you is about to betray me.
And they being very much troubled, began every one to say: Is it I, Lord?
But he answering, said: He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, he shall betray me.
The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man shall be betrayed: it were better for him, if that man had not been born.
And Judas that betrayed him, answering, said: Is it I, Rabbi? He saith to him: Thou hast said it.
And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye, and eat. This is my body.
And taking the chalice, he gave thanks, and gave to them, saying: Drink ye all of this.
For this is my blood of the new testament, which shall be shed for many unto remission of sins.
And I say to you, I will not drink from henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I shall drink it with you new in the kingdom of my Father.
And a hymn being said, they went out unto Mount Olivet."
DOING HARD TIME IN MODERN TIMES, THE WORK OF REPARATION TO THE HOLY FACE OF JESUS, AND ALMIGHTY GOD'S DIVINE ECONOMY OF SALVATION FOR THE SAKE OF THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE
“Our principle duty as Christians is to prepare others to live holy lives in today’s unholy world.” ~ Servant of God, Father John A. Hardon, S.J.
The past two and a half years while working on this documentary and personal signature work have been in their own way severely penitential category physically, particularly more recently in the early morning hours.
The sacrificially loving and self-spending power of The Work of Reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus comes to us from our Triune God, through our union with the Blessed Sacrament, with the Real Presence of Jesus in His entirety (Sacred Body, Precious Blood, Soul, and Divinity), which is provided to us through the Sacred Priesthood of Jesus Christ during the offering to Almighty God of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass of the Ages celebrated in Latin.
"There are two things the devil is deadly afraid of: fervent Communions and frequent visits to the Blessed Sacrament." ~ Saint John Bosco
The Traditional Tridentine Holy Sacrifice of the Mass celebrated in Latin is an offering of one's self to Almighty God as He wills, in union with Christ's offering of Himself to Almighty God for our sake, and this offering of self as God alone is worshiped and adored is also each soul's wedding to and union with Jesus Christ our Divine Redeemer, Divine Restorer, Divine Remedy for All, and the Divine Bridegroom of every soul.
This sacred offering, this sacred celebration, and this sacred banquet is mutually sacrificially loving and self-giving between God and man; it is a reciprocal offering to our Triune God and from our Triune God through Jesus the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity.
"Recognize in this bread what hung on the cross, and in this chalice what flowed from His side... whatever was in many and varied ways announced beforehand in the sacrifices of the Old Testament pertains to this one sacrifice which is revealed in the New Testament." ~ Saint Augustine
The Immaculate Mother of God is the Mediatrix of all of God's lavish and necessary Divine supernatural graces which come to us through her.
Through her maternal intercession, our offering of self is perfected and made most pleasing to God.
"Trust all things to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and to Mary, Help of Christians, and you will see what miracles are." ~ Saint John Bosco
During this time of great trial, Joseph Karl Publishing's Traditional Catholic Mystical Wedding Theology Lessons for Every Soul are including events that took place during dreams overnight, during live streams of the Traditional Tridentine Holy Sacrifice of the Mass when unable to make it to church, and also while alone.
"Speak, Lord, for thy servant heareth"~1st Book of Kings (1 Samuel 3:10).
THE OFFERING OF THE TRADITIONAL TRIDENTINE HOLY SACRIFICE OF THE MASS CELEBRATED IN LATIN ONLINE AT THE SACRED HEART CHURCH, INSTITUTE OF CHRIST THE KING SOVEREIGN PRIEST, IN LIMERICK, IRELAND, WHILE MAKING REPARATION, AND THE LAST SUPPER
"This Sacrament (The Blessed Sacrament) is the life of the soul; it is the remedy for its daily infirmities; it is the Divine Food which strengthens it in its pilgrimage." ~ Saint Thomas Aquinas
During the Consecration, The Last Supper is suddenly and very clearly manifested as present at Christ’s High Altar in the supernatural there in the natural during the live stream.
What wonders; Jesus Christ comes anew this day and this moment in the Blessed Sacrament for the sake of mankind and manifests the moment in time when He provided Himself to us in the Holy Eucharist at the Last Supper, following His having become man for our sake, following His three years of public teaching, and prior to His betrayal, condemnation, imprisonment, public Sacred Passion and execution by crucifixion, entombment, and then His resurrection on Easter Sunday.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
So grateful.
"All the good works in the world are not equal to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass because they are the works of men; but the Mass is the work of God. Martyrdom is nothing in comparison for it is but the sacrifice of man to God; but the Mass is the sacrifice of God for man." ~ Saint John Vianney
PRAYER TO MAKE A SPIRITUAL COMMUNION FOR ONE’S SELF AND FOR OTHERS
"The Eucharist is the source of all graces." ~ Saint Peter Julian Eymard
A SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
Based on the prayer by Saint Alphonsus Liguori
"My Jesus,
I believe that You are truly present in the most Blessed Sacrament.
I love You above all things and long to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually to me soul, heart, mind, and body.
I embrace You as One Who never left,
and unite myself entirely to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen."
A SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
FOR THE SAKE OF ALL OTHERS
Based on the prayer by Saint Alphonsus Liguori
"My Jesus, I believe that You are truly present in the most Blessed Sacrament.
I love You above all things and long for all souls to receive You.
For those not receiving You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into each soul, heart, mind, and body.
I embrace You, on behalf of all, as One Who has already come
and unite us all entirely to You.
Never permit us to be separated from You.
Amen."
